Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, and gas lines.
- Install new plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and appliances according to local and national building codes.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to prevent costly future repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues in clear terms and offering solutions.
- Manage job sites efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to estimate project costs and timelines accurately.
- Keep accurate records of labor, materials, and expenses.
Qualifications
- Current and valid AZ State Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Reliable tools and transportation.
