Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, burst pipes, and clogged drains.
- Install, maintain, and replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to ensure accurate installations.
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future failures.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and company quality standards at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and maintaining a clean work area.
- Collaborate with dispatch and administrative staff to manage job schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license required (TX).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and various pipe materials (PVC, copper, steel).
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces, attics, and crawl spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for job ticketing and invoicing.
