Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems, fixtures, and water heaters in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and provide effective, long-term solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Francisco building codes, state regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including accurate quoting, professional communication, and clean job sites.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians and apprentices, sharing knowledge to ensure team excellence.
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license required (valid in California).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, hydraulic principles, and local plumbing codes.
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
