Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and other plumbing emergencies efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local San Francisco building codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and costs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper disposal of waste materials.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on systems to prevent future issues.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes (Title 24, etc.) in San Francisco.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Proficiency with modern plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment.
