Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and pipe failures efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all installations comply with local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on existing systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, and drainage systems.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments (confined spaces, heights).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
