Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling autonomous workflows and real-time decision-making.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., agentic AI, quantum-assisted computing) and integrating them into our core stack.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Engineer high-performance inference engines to ensure latency is minimized and cost-efficiency is maximized at scale.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement guardrails and ethical guidelines to ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and safe for global deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Legacy Modernization: Overhaul existing infrastructure to align with 2026 security standards and cloud-native paradigms.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed systems.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead AI Architect or Machine Learning Engineering role.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning models for specific industrial applications.
- System Design: Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Innovation Mindset: Ability to think critically about the long-term implications of technology and propose forward-looking solutions.
