Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable deep learning models and neural networks optimized for the 2026 technology stack.
- Architect robust microservices that integrate seamlessly with existing legacy systems and future-proof infrastructure.
- Conduct research into novel AI algorithms and implement them in production environments to improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs through efficient code and hardware utilization.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with deep knowledge of CUDA and GPU optimization.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated ability to design fault-tolerant distributed systems and handle big data workloads.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
