Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Install/assemble structural frameworks, scaffolding, and temporary supports
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under expert supervision
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment daily for optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Document daily progress and material usage in digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Flexible availability for rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
