Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling operations during overnight shifts
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site security procedures
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, compactors) and heavy equipment (with certification)
- Manage inventory and organize materials for next-day workflow continuity
- Perform site cleanup and waste management to maintain compliance standards
- Document daily progress and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM), 4 nights/week
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- Experience with power tools and construction equipment preferred
