Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling on active construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation and layout work
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Participate in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to safety protocols and detail orientation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 4 AM) mandatory
