Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing tasks under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools with certified safety protocols
- Perform site preparation, debris removal, and material handling in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain organized material staging and job site cleanliness
- Participate in safety briefings and hazard mitigation planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction experience with night shift documentation
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in variable weather conditions
- Proficient with power tools and construction machinery
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints and safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends as needed
