Responsibilities
- Excavate, dig, and prepare construction sites using hand tools and machinery
- Load/unload materials and operate heavy equipment (bobcats, forklifts)
- Install and remove construction barriers and safety signage
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and finish surfaces to specifications
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, roofing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal at shift end
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Basic math skills for material calculations and measurements
- Flexibility to work 8 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend availability
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
