Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support heavy equipment operators during night shift operations
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Commitment to workplace safety and reliability
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) including weekends
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
