Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general maintenance.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, specifically night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
