Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) during night shift operations
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment setup
- Perform quality checks on completed work per project specifications
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols after dark
- Document daily progress and report equipment malfunctions
- Support emergency site repairs during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme temperatures
- Class B CDL license preferred (training available)
- Reliable transportation to remote job sites
- Experience operating power tools and heavy machinery
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
