Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with material staging and cleanup
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety standards during night operations
- Manage inventory and logistics for just-in-time material deliveries
- Document daily progress and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if not certified)
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM with weekend flexibility
- Basic math skills for material calculations and inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail in safety-critical environments
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
