Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, structural framing, and finishing work under night supervision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment (excavators, forklifts)
- Inspect and maintain job site safety protocols with OSHA compliance
- Assist skilled tradesmen in material handling and equipment setup
- Perform site cleanup and debris management between shifts
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for accurate implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in confined spaces
- Proficient in power tool operation and basic machinery
- Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts during critical phases
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills for measurements
