Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and finish tasks
- Maintain organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Transport materials and equipment using carts, dollies, and forklifts
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
