Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial and residential properties
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with contractors on large-scale construction projects
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Train junior plumbers on best practices and techniques
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid California C-36 license
- Expert knowledge of water supply, drainage, and venting systems
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and green plumbing solutions
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Experience with commercial plumbing systems preferred
