Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and structural installations under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified precision
- Maintain strict safety protocols during low-visibility nighttime operations
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams for seamless project integration
- Perform site preparation and material management in darkness
- Document daily progress and maintain equipment logs
- Adhere to municipal building codes and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme temperatures
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided)
- Experience with power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers) preferred
- Strong night vision adaptation capability
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
