Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) under night shift conditions
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material installation and framing
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site security procedures
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form removal
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- Valid OSHA 10-hour Construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and low-light environments
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to workplace safety
