Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) during project phases
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Monitor material inventory and report shortages
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration abilities
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
