Responsibilities
- Execute precise earthmoving and site preparation tasks
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts (certification provided)
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment setup
- Maintain OSHA compliance and site cleanliness standards
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and curing
- Document daily progress and material usage in digital logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
