Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, finishing, and forming operations on commercial sites
- Assist structural steel installation and alignment using precision tools
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and compactors
- Maintain job site safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams during overnight construction phases
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and hand-operated equipment
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a night shift team
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
