Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools
- Inspect job sites for safety hazards and maintain OSHA compliance
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications with precision
- Collaborate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, welders)
- Manage material inventory and waste disposal protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience required
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 4 AM) with weekend flexibility
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and math proficiency
