Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely (saws, drills, forklifts)
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily safety inspections and report hazards
- Support material inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shifts
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
