Responsibilities
- Execute night shift construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing with precision
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and material management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Conduct quality checks and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate logs of materials and labor hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
