Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earthmoving operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and compactors
- Install and remove concrete forms, scaffolding, and safety barriers
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Complete daily project documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class B CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience operating heavy machinery (excavator, forklift)
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Availability for rotating weekend shifts as needed
