- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the workday
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Adapt to various project demands and weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
