Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under night shift conditions
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and site preparation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to execute construction tasks
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to OSHA protocols
- Support equipment setup/teardown and material staging operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work weekends when project deadlines require
