Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Maintain equipment through daily inspections and minor repairs
- Adhere to OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols
- Coordinate material deliveries and inventory management
- Document daily progress and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- Valid O-10 or equivalent heavy equipment certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong understanding of blueprints and site plans
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thurs)
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification preferred
