Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation and excavation tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform material handling and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience required
- Night shift availability mandatory (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Class B CDL license a significant plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong problem-solving and spatial awareness skills
