Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project-specific duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete basic site preparation tasks as directed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid government-issued ID (must pass background check)
- Reliable transportation to worksites
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) with flexible weekends
- Basic communication skills in English
