Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation under night shift conditions
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and concrete placement per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and construction machinery
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols after dark
- Assist skilled tradesmen with specialized construction tasks
- Complete daily site cleanup and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
