Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete pours and finishings for commercial structures
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with OSHA certification
- Install structural steel components and MEP systems under supervision
- Implement stringent safety protocols and conduct daily site inspections
- Coordinate material logistics and maintain inventory management systems
- Perform advanced carpentry and framing for high-rise developments
- Utilize BIM software for layout verification and quality control
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience with night shift tenure
- OSHA 30-hour certification and heavy equipment operation credentials
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and BIM models
- Texas Class A driver's license preferred
- Welding certification (AWS) highly desirable
- Experience with LEED construction standards
