Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate construction equipment safely (forklifts, jackhammers, etc.)
- Follow precise blueprints and safety protocols on night shift projects
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Collaborate with skilled trades teams on complex builds
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Basic power tool operation experience preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Evening/night shift availability mandatory
