Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation (excavators, forklifts, etc.)
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate power tools safely and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Load/unload construction materials and transport supplies
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Night shift experience preferred but not required
