Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks under site supervision
- Operate power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) and perform equipment maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints for precise material placement and structural alignment
- Ensure OSHA compliance through proper PPE usage and hazard identification
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with daily debris removal and waste segregation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Document daily progress and material usage in digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for material calculations and measurements
- Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift operations
