Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with certification
- Assist carpenters with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Inspect materials for quality compliance before installation
- Maintain equipment logs and daily progress reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience or trade certification
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with blueprint interpretation and layout tools
- Strong stamina for extended physical exertion
