Responsibilities
- Execute night-shift construction tasks including site prep, material handling, and equipment operation
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols in low-visibility conditions
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery under expert supervision
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet tight project deadlines
- Perform site cleanup and waste management to regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
