Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with engineering specifications
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Assist specialized trades (electricians, plumbers) with material handling and support tasks
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Flexible availability for rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication skills
