Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with proper certification
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and collaborate with skilled trades for precise installations
- Material handling, equipment maintenance, and quality control checks
- Emergency response coordination during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Experience operating power tools and hand equipment
- Flexibility for rotating weekend shifts
