Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with precision and safety compliance
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen in completing complex construction phases
- Perform material handling and inventory management duties
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and equipment checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Class B CDL license preferred (training provided)
- Proficient in power tools and construction equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
