Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain job site safety protocols and equipment
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and installations
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Collaborate with night shift teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience operating power tools and heavy equipment
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule
