Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified precision
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with skilled trades on complex commercial builds
- Read and interpret blueprints with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized job sites to exceed OSHA standards
- Support material handling and inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class A or B CDL license preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Proficiency in power tools and construction equipment
- Availability for consistent night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
