Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Safely operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Install and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols across all tasks
- Coordinate material logistics and inventory management
- Perform detailed finish work including drywall and framing
- Document daily progress via digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification required
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficiency with power tools and measuring equipment
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification
- Proven night shift reliability with consistent attendance
- Blueprint reading and layout expertise
