Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation at active construction sites
- Perform site preparation, excavation support, and debris removal under supervision
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and hand tools efficiently
- Participate in shift handovers and daily site inspections
- Support inventory management and equipment maintenance routines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or industrial labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations and inventory tracking
- Flexible schedule availability (6 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thur)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with forklift operation or willingness to certify
