Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, skid steers, and power tools
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Perform concrete finishing, grading, and site preparation tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews to meet tight deadlines
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor or skilled trades experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
