Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
