Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and carrying
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with reliable transportation
- Physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for 10+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
